OSAKA™> SAW-TOOTH FENCE STAGGERED FRAME

This interesting architectural effect is created from a very simple framing-fixing method. Posts or upright supports can be in any practical material - but installation shown here is in treated pine. Panels are fixed (with timber screws) in an alternating pattern to front and back of the treated pine uprights, to create the staggered pattern. Horizontal bracing is fixed discretely to the top and bottom of the structure. Panels for this whole installation (3.6mx2.4m) at RRP is under AU$1200.
TIP> When installing structures like this, we would always advise fabricating panels and frame together on a flat horizontal plain(to get it nice and square) and then erecting in sections. Otherwise your frame or embedded posts may not be square or exact to the panels, and you will be fighting gravity whilst trying to fix the panels.
